Return Eligibility
We offer a 7-day return window. You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return only if:

We do not accept returns for customer order mistakes (e.g., selecting the wrong item, scent, or size), or for change of mind.

Damages & Order Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately with photos and your order number so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If your return is approved due to a damaged or incorrect item, we will process a replacement or provide a store credit. If an exact replacement is not available, a refund may be issued.
Refunds
Refunds are issued only if your return is approved and we are unable to replace the item. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
